Doing what you love is going to open so many doors to success that you will always believe in its power.
My mum doesn’t believe in my project, sometimes I think it’s because I don’t earn any money with it. Actually I am writing a daily inspiration newsletter to share stories, inspirational quotes and beautiful images with people. I just love doing that. However, for our parents if it doesn’t bring money well…it’s not worth it. They don’t understand that sometimes just the purpose of what you’re doing is beautiful enough to keep you going.
“All they want is money”
But I can’t blame my parents because they struggled all their life to earn a living, to make sure we had a good education, to make sure we had a home and something to eat. Of course they want their children to be multimillionaires and lead a fancy life. But the reality sometimes is quite different. I mean, of course I would like to ride beautiful cars and spend money but I also want to do something that inspires me to wake up every morning. I want to wake up and tell myself, today I will inspire, create and give inspiration to others. But it’s hard sometimes because when your parents don’t believe in what you do, you question yourself and tell yourself that maybe this isn’t the way things should be. Maybe you should stop everything and start something that will actually make you earn money. Everyone says that money isn’t the key to happiness. I believe that everything depends on what you do with your money. If you use it for yourself and your luxury life, then yes of course you’re not going to be the happiest person in the world. But if you use it wisely by investing, donating and creating then yes money can bring happiness.
We all want money but I just prefer not seeing it as a goal in itself. I want to do what I love and see if I can find opportunities. Then I will think about making money or not. The most important thing is to know why you are doing what you are doing. Is it to please others or is it because you really love it? I am writing this article so I can inspire millions of people to do what they love and not stop doing it. We don’t care that it doesn’t bring you money as long as it brings happiness to you and others. Just keep doing what you love and never stop believing in your heart. If one day you wake up and just don’t see the point of continuing or if you don’t find your “why” then you will have a valuable excuse to stop it. But for now, if it’s not the case then just don’t listen to others and keep doing what you love.
